I created a mysql database and added a user, granted all priviledges. When I go to php myadmin, there is no user table.

    Hello @bostondesignz,

The user table is part of the global mysql database and is only accessible via phpMyAdmin when accessing it as root via WHM >> SQL Services >> phpMyAdmin. As a cPanel user or reseller, you'll need to use cPanel >> MySQL Databases to change the password or edit the name of existing MySQL users added to the account.

    Thank you.

It's only accessible while logged into WHM with an account that has root privileges. Your access level in your forums profile shows Reseller Owner, suggesting you do not have root access to the server.

    Thank you.

Can you let us know the full steps you are taking to reproduce the issue, and provide us with the specific error message you see on the WordPress installation as it relates to the database user that's added through cPanel?

    Thank you.

Can you provide us with the full steps you are using to export the database from the previous hosting provider? Have you tried using the Restore a MySQL Database Backup option in cPanel >> Backup instead of creating a the new database in cPanel and attempting to restore it through phpMyAdmin?

If the database name or database username and it's password changes, then you may need to update the wp-config.php file with the updated information. WordPress documents how to do this at:

    Editing wp-config.php « WordPress Codex

    Thank you.
