Database users not listed in "Convert Addon Domain to Account" tool

cPanel Access Level

Trying to separate out some sub-accounts.

When I get to the section to select the database user, only one of about 40 is listed.

The others are all valid database users for this cpanel account.

I am confused... Please advise

I ended up opening a support ticket. Looks like multiple things are messed up regarding this tool, on this server.

Turns out that was just the first problem. Once we got the database users showing, it still would not include them or the databases in the conversion.
Apparently a known bug, which really stinks, because not I have to create the databases manually, and copy all the contents. 40 times over.
