You'd like to connect to your account and upload your website? You don't upload things to WHM, so unsure on exactly where you're at here or in need of. Once a cPanel account has been created (via WHM) you'd connect to that account with Filezilla using the cPanel username and his password.

Could you please clarify a bit more here?

    Thanks!

First things first, you might like to know that there's a lot of valuable documentation located here:
WHM User Guide - cPanel Documentation
Next, it's always best to make sure your server is setup proper, secured, up to date and ready to go before adding any accounts.

Briefly, you might like to set a Feature List to start with. These are the options your cPanel end users will have access to. (this can be edited later, or even left as is for now if you wish.)
WHM > Packages > Feature Manager

Next, create a Package. These are the options for quota, number of email accounts etc that each Package you offer will have.
    WHM > Packages > Add a Package

Next, create an account and give it that Package.
WHM > Account Functions > Create a New Account

There's lots more to do, but that's the absolute basics. The Documentation is your friend of course. Spending some time together will be useful to you I'm sure. :)

Host: can be the IP address or domain name for the cPanel account you create.

    Password: the cPanel user's password.

Username: the username you used when creating the cPanel account.

If the server is ready to go then my brief explanation above is your next steps I would think.
