    i just created a database on cpanal useing the tut on the site and its all ok but does anyone know how to link it up? so its working etc, because when i try adding a forum it says mysql is wrong i get a error. ?

    If you have created the database, then you also need a database user and the database user should have privileges on the database. This can be done from the cPanel > MySQL Databases. If you have this done, then Infopro is right that you should check with your host.
