Hi there,

This is the first time i am uisng the cPanel.

I am using ASP and microsoft Access as my dataBase?

But I am finding a problem with .asp pages which are connected to Microsoft Access DB???

my question now is... does cPanel suport Microsoft Access as a DB.

If no, what shall I use ????

Thank you in advance.

As far as I know, cPanel is mostly configured to use MySQL and sometimes PostGreSQL database engines, or both. Access databases typically only work with MS SQL database engines, which are found on Windows based servers. Also, are you using ASP.net or a different ASP flavor, such as Sun One (Chilisoft)? .net technology is for Windows based servers as well. You may want to look into a hosting service that has Windows based hosting that supports Access or MS SQL databases, and/or ASP.net
