I have two sites hosted on same server one is Dev and other is Live in cpanel i want to know there is any feature in cpanel to sync both databases

I don't have anything for that on my end either, unfortunately. If you'd like to submit a feature request using the link in my signature I'd be happy to get that approved and bring that up with the team next week during our meeting!
