    Hello :)

Have you recently upgraded MySQL on the destination server? If so, ensure you have rebuilt Apache/PHP via EasyApache to ensure PHP is built against the new version of MySQL. You may also need to enable the following option under the "SQL" tab in "WHM Home » Server Configuration » Tweak Settings" if the source server used an older version of MySQL:

    "Use pre-4.1-style MySQL® passwords"

    Thank you.

Could you verify which version of MySQL was installed on the source server, compared to the destination server?

    Thank you.
