DBD::mysql::st execute failed

Hello everyone,

I recently encontred a problem with cpbackup.
It should start at 3 AM (as I set it) and finish after 3-4 hours.
It starts at that hour but after a few accounts it gets an error:

DBD::mysql::st execute failed: Lost connection to MySQL server during query at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Mysql.pm line 519

and it stops, or something and continues later at 1 PM for example, and causes load.

Has anyone encountred this problem ?
