this could be debated in that public posting of such scripts allows the masses to examin common hacker techniques and build strong counter measures...

then again such scripts could be viewed as weapons as are guns and "perhaps" should be governed accordingly...?

Allow the masses to examine them? ROFLMAO!

Disable security and sit back and wait a few. You'll have all the files you need to examine shortly, uploaded right to your box for easy examining.

pretty bright one you are... 99.9% of all viewers are not going to have the foggiest idea of what they are looking at.

You happen to typify that audience. Even someone of your talent could utilize the script if it was handed to them. (let see if you can build a gun and then use it vs find a gun laying in the gutter) Masses analyzing a shell hack script.. what a riot. I suppose if you could put a few dozen lines of code together that might qualify you to examine the hackers technique :)

Their technique btw is find the script on the net, upload it to an unsecured server, use the pre-built command lines to scrounge up password files or config files with passwords already listed in them and then try and figure out what to do with them

Could be an answer to your  look man where you guys come from.. but at least you brought a long since dead thread back to life.. bored huh? I am going back to sleep now..
