decompressing in cpanel's filemanager not working 100%

hi All,

decompressing from zipfiles which were uploaded in the filemanager and need to be decompressed there is not working good. The decompressor fails a lot of files and folders.

we had sort of a same problem with unpacking large sql database files, decompressing stops out of the blue and that was it then

what can be done or what is the solution?

Please check the cPanel error log (/usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log) when the extraction fails to complete successfully. Do you notice any particular error messages during the failure?

I think i have to find the cause for this problem in the fact that there was not enough space available on the account...
