Hello :)

Are you attempting to adjust the default mailbox quota for new email accounts, or to prevent customers from using the maximum allowed mailbox size?

I would like to point out that email disk space usage is included with the total account disk space usage. Thus, usage for email accounts is still governed by the overall disk space quota of the account.

Thank you.

Hello..

Trying to adjust the default maximum email box quota.
Aim is that none of user can create their email account beyond ***MB

If we try to create a user, giving account quota as 3000 MB, it says as max is 2048 MB.
wanted to decrease it to lower value.!!

Thanks..

In "WHM >> Server Configuration >> Tweak Settings", under the "Mail" tab, you can adjust the following option:

"Default user-defined quota value for new email accounts (maximum: 2,048)"

This will adjust the value that is prefilled in the quota box for new email accounts on supported themes. However, the maximum value is currently not adjustable. You are welcome to open a feature request for that via:

Thank you.
