I'm getting this error from a (supposedly) dedicated server from GoDaddy. It turns out that they have a daily relay quota of 1,000 emails a day, even on their dedicated servers.
Which should be fine for my purposes; according to WHM "View Relayers", my server has sent 231 emails in the last 24 hours if you don't include "remote"; if you do include remote, it goes up to 525. Still, almost half of the quota.
Except that I've had emails to be delayed every day for about a week!
I emailed GoDaddy, and after about 3 days (so much for the 3-hour guarantee), they finally sent me a generic reply that they don't troubleshoot email, but would gladly research it for $75 /hour. Even though they're the one causing the problem. Whatever.
Munin shows the number of "rejected" in Exim to be normal, but it's a bit high on "received" and "completed" (went from 0.02 /sec to 0.14 /sec). But these wouldn't impact the relayers, would they?
If not "View Relayers", then what else can I check in WHM to find what's relaying more than 1,000 emails a day?
