dedicated Ip for SMTP

Hello,

i have a problem with a server that was in black list now a customer want a dedicated IP for the smtp is there any way to configure Exim to send out email with the main ip and the ip site?

i think that this will change the exim main ip, i need to keep it, i only need to change smtp ip for a domain :)
