Dedicated memory pr account/package setup

    Im using WHM VPS optimized
    Is it possible to allocate a block of dedicated memory ie 128mb or 256 etc. for each package / account in the package configuration like you can do with disk space, traffic quota etc. So that an account has a dedicated chunk of memory that cannot be exceeded by the account and also that to prohibit other accounts cto consume one anothers memory?

    Is this possible?

    There is no settings in cPanel to achieve what you are looking for. However, you can use /etc/security/limits.conf to limit RAM to specific process instead of a user. To check the current settings, execute "ulimit -a " as the user. To limit a process to certain amount of CPU usage, use "cpulimit'. You can download it from sourceforge.net and install it.
