Dedicated Server setup as VPS

Hello,

I would like to set up a dedicated server as a VPS.
So i will need to create different hard disk partitions and allow the possibility to create various accounts. Each account will have WHM.
The question is, is there anything above WHM that can give me the possibility to control various whm accounts from one system?
Also, if I got that wrong; How would I set up multiple VPS accounts within a Dedicated server?

Check out proxmox (openvz), vsphere (vmware) and xencenter (xen), they will allow you to create new VPS's. You will then need to install a cPanel compatible OS and cPanel VPS edition for each VPS. You will be able to create and configure an initial VPS and clone it for your customers.
