I currently have a dedicated webserver that I have beem using as a filehost until recently when I decided to drop some forums on a new domain on it.

I have come to find out that any website I setup that are backended by any type of database the Index.php file comes does not load up. I'm not sure if this is an apache problem or a cpenal problem but any informaiton would be helpful. this is somewhat of an odd problem. Using the built in package installers for yabb/phpbb/phpnuke or any other that is backended by a db it will start the install but then will just error out page can not be displayed. I'm guessing it might be a overall problem with WHM settings for new accounts that get created but I really need to see where to start.

What calls do your index.php file make?

Very sketchy on details here :-(
