Default address for new hosting accounts

Hello,

Is there a way to set the default email address for new hosting accounts to be 'Discard with an error...' instead of creating a catch-all account?



I need to bulk change this in all accounts hosted in the server and also for the future created accounts.

Hey there! We don't have an option to set this at account creation time.

If you wanted to adjust this server-wide, the best way to do that would be to create a for loop with the following API:

Create default email address

This function configures a default (catchall) email address. **Important**: When you disable the [Mail Receive role](https://go.cpanel.net/serverroles), the system **disables** this function.
