How do I set a language to be used automatically on any new account I create?

The language always comes on English, but i want another language to be default.

How can i set it without having to edit the account after I created it ?

What we have started to do is, rename the themes to french, german.... and so on, coolgerman and coolfrench.

Then we rename the french or german lang file to english, this forces the language to be used.

HTH, someone else might have a better way?

The postwwwacctuser should not be there unless you've already installed this particular script. Just follow the directions, and all new accounts will be created with the language file of your choice.
