Default E-mail Address Don't Work

    Hello,
    Default e-mail address don't work for any hosted domain on my server.
    I reinstall exim, but it's don't work too.
    Where is problem and how can fix it?

    Can you clarify what you mean by "don't work" - are they all defaulting to fail?

    OK, sorry for bad english!

    Problem Details:
    i set Default Address Maintenance, Send all unrouted e-mail for helpsat.net to masood.y@gmail.com
    For test this setting i send an e-mail to jhdfsfh78trg@helpsat.net or ...@helpsat.net
    unrouted e-mail not send/forward to masood.y@gmail.com
    This problem is for all hosted domain on my server.
    Where is problem and how can fix this?

    Have you checked your mail logs or mail queue to see if there's any errors being generated?

    To check your mail queue, go to WHM -> Email -> Mail Queue Manager.

    To check your mail logs, go to:

    /var/log/exim_mainlog
    /var/log/exim_rejectlog

    If you are on FreeBSD, substitute the _ with a /
