Default email account created with accounts (why is neccessary to create one?)

Indeed, hence we permit you to change this setting. In WHM -> Server Configuration -> Tweak Settings in the Mail section set Default catch-all/default address behavior for new accounts. fail is usually the best choice if you are getting mail attacks. from localuser to fail.
