I have a domain "mydomain.co.uk" set up with the username "mydomain". There is also a domain parked on it, "mydomain.com". Both domains have the default address set to the main identity, "mydomain", so all mail to both domains should go to "mydomain@mydomain.co.uk".

All mail to the parked domain is correctly handled, however any mail sent to the main account, "mydomain.co.uk" is rejected, any guess please help me.Thanks in advance!

    Hello,

Did you check the exim logs?. If not check it now, it will help you to solve this issue.
Also did you try to send mail to that account from inside and outside the server?.
    Let me know the status.

You will have to setup a domain forwarder to direct all mails for mydomain.com to mydomain.co.uk. Do u have any specific error messages in exim_mainlog. If mails are not touching the server then check your MX record for mydomain.co.uk.

Geting following errors from outside the server

<host>is currently not permitted to relay through 550-this server. Perhaps you have
not logged into the pop/imap server in the 550-last 30 minutes or do not have SMTP Authentication turned on in your email 550 client.
It seems strange that the parked domain works correctly but the main domain fails.
Thanks for both bijo and nickb for your valuable help.
