    If when I create an account how can I make it so a default index.htm file is there until the user uploads their own? Where do I put the default .htm file?

    There is a directory called the cpanel3-skel directory. All the contents of this file are copied to the new account automatically.

    hmmmm

    So if I SSH/Telnet into the Server. What directory do I need to switch too?
