Is it possible to set default mail quotas? Every time I create a new email adress I have to change the quota from 250MB to 50MB. Can this be done automatically?

There is also another doubt I am having. I have used Plesk before and there was an option in the spam filter to "train" the spam filter so it could recongize what was spam and what wasn't. Is this function available in cPanel? Where?

    Thank you very much..

Plesk uses SpamAssassin, just like cPanel/WHM. The system essentially trains itself in a cPanel/WHM environment.

At this time, mail quotas are not easily editable. Here is a feature request you can vote for to have this feature implemented:

    http://bugzilla.cpanel.net/show_bug.cgi?id=1956

You can also achieve this by copying the x3 theme, modifying your copy of that theme to set the quota from 250mb to 50mb and setting all your users to use your custom theme.
