    Hi,
We bought new ips to our VPS account and the default ip got changed.
Now when we try to login to the cpanel, we get licence error.
We have a active license for one of the ips and how can we configure the cpanel to use the licensed ip??

    Thanks

    Hi David,
    Thanks for the reply.
The server is hosted with EMC and I'm the server admin.
What are all the details I need to provide to submit the ticket?

    Regards
    Tamil

Send us the old IP address of the server and we can work from there :).
