Default settings not selected on fresh install

Hello,

I would like to know why some settings in "Tweak Settings" are not selected at their default value. For example "Conserve Memory" was at "ON" when the default value is supposed to be "OFF". And I'm on a new freshly installed cPanel.

Finally... why SPF is at "OFF" by default and not DKIM ? I mean why the two aren't "ON" by default ?

If you install cPanel & WHM in a virtual, or jailed, environment, the Conserve Memory setting is enabled.
