When I make new accounts, the following ar ebeing added to its directories:

    private
    _vti_bin
    _vti_cnf
    _vti_log
    _vti_pvt
    _vti_txt

None of which are located in my cPanel3-skel directory. Do these serve any purpose and can I make it NOT put those in the directory?
