Default web page template

Hi there -

I'm having an issue with the default web page editor. If I look in WHM > Account Functions > Web Template Editor, I see one set of HTML. If I create an account, I see a different web page come up.

I'm looking at the web template editor under the same WHM account name as the accounts are being created under.

Any help would be really appreciated.

I think that would work if I wanted every new user on the box (regardless of reseller) to have the same default page, correct? I'm looking for a specific reseller. When I manipulate the web template editor, it tells me that it saves the template as /var/cpanel/webtemplates/<user>/english/default.tmpl. I verify that that template does indeed contain the code I built into it and it does however when an account is actually created by that reseller account, a different template comes up (our old one).
