I'm giving someone hosting from my reseller then helping them put there website on it, but when I go onto their website it keeps redirecting me too, /cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi how can I remove that?

If the site is redirecting, it indicates normally that the DNS zone IP A record and the Apache A record do not match in some way. What is the domain name and do you have access to SSH on the machine to check httpd.conf (/usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf for Apache configuration) entries?

    teenhabbo.net is the domain name.

I also get this error, Sorry, a DNS entry for teenhabbo.net already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster)
where would I find the dns cluster?

If you have WHM > Delete a DNS Zone, you should be able to delete the zone entry there for it.

The DNS Zone for the domain isn't there.

We cannot log into customer machines via the forum system and reseller level access is not sufficient to open up a ticket in our system as we require root level access. You can, however, contact your hosting provider to ask them for assistance.

Please note that root level access in WHM is required for DNS clustering. If the zone isn't available to delete and you do not have access to view the DNS zone and httpd.conf (Apache configuration), your hosting provider should be the first ones you'd contact to assist with this issue.
