Guys, I need help.

is there a workaround for?:
Deferred due to greylisting. Host: 'IP_goes_here' From: 'email_goes_here' To: 'recipient_goes_here' SPF: 'none'
and
Could not complete sender verify

I suspect this is happening because of sender's invalid or missing SPF record?

I use default WHM config for Exim:
Sender verification: On
Sender Verification Callouts: Off

Is the right way of allowing certain IP's to bypass any checks to simply add them to "Trusted SMTP IP addresses"?

A.) Yes, the solution is to add the IP address of the remote mail server to the Trusted Hosts list in the WHM. You will have to navigate to Trusted Hosts under Greylisting section in the WHM to do this. Additionally, you can also add the remote mail server’s IP address by going to the Report section under Greylisting in the WHM and clicking the “+” icon, and choosing the IP address to be added to the Trusted Hosts list.
