Defining reseller packages

in WHM/Editting Reseller/Resource Usage/Overselling Allowed, we've ticked both "Disk Space" and "Bandwidth". However, it is not possible to allocate more than the actual account size of space and traffic to that resellers' customers. How would it be possible to allocate 20x 10GB on a 100GB package?
