How will that be possible to set name servers for subdomains ?

Example: I need to use outside name servers for demo.domain.com

So, I have updated the DNS as

    demo.domain.com NS ns1.extranet.com
    demo.domain.com NS ns2.extranet.com

however it does not lookup name servers configured at ns1/ns2.extranet.com

Is there way to get above done with cPanel DNS Zone editor ?

    That is not possible.
The name servers for a domain are defined in the registrar of the domain, NOT in the zone file of the domain.

However that is possible with Microsoft Windows DNS Server.

dig demo.mobi.lk and see the response.
