delete all reseller accounts - possible bug

Not sure if this is a bug, or if something went wrong on my server, but i used terminate all reseller accounts, and told cpanel to keep the master account, and it still deleted the master account.

Its running WHM 11.2.0 cPanel 11.6.0-R15076
