Greetings .. is there any way to delete all the files contained in the folder other uses of a cpanel user?

I can not make it lower the space ... it has 500MB of space and I do not find them ... how can I delete them?

If you do not have root or shell access, you will have to ask your web host for help.

    Hello,

Typically, usage displayed under the "Other Usage" category is for files not contained within your home directory. Thus, as mentioned in the previous post, it's a good idea to reach out to your web hosting provider for help determining where that usage is coming from.

    Thank you.
