how can I delete certificates that are no longer required under WHM?
The SSL Manager applet allows me to view the certs but not delete them.
I have lots of redundant ones from where I have been experimenting with security.

    Also,
When I run the change server certificates and paste in the .cer and .key files the process runs OK and tells me everything is fine......but at the end of it cpanel/WHM is still using the same (temp) certificate it always was - not the new one I just loaded.

    Any ideas?

You can delete certs you don't need in /usr/share/ssl/certs
