deleted account still in reseller list

    hi

    problem with an reseller
    he deleted an account - now he wants to create it again but he is getting the error

    Could not restore account “username”: Account Restore Failed: “Account failure: Failed to create the account: The domain “xxxxxx.co.at” may not be created by “RESELLER” because “co.at” is already owned by “otheruser”.” --> otheruser is an account setup by RESELLER

    inside otherusers account the domain is neither parked or as addon domain setup

    the account is also listed in the resllers account list

    but the "PLAN" is deleted account ???

    Does this still happen after updating to cPanel version 11.48.1.2? It might be related to the recent case that was resolved:

    Reverted case 169841: "Prevent reseller from creating account for a subdomain."

    did update to 11.48.1.2 - all working again
