Ok, so I accidently deleted one of my users dom log files here:

    /usr/local/apache/domlogs

I re-created the file, made the permissions the same as well as the owner/group.

    I've run:

    /scripts/runweblogs

    as well as

    /scripts/runstatsonce

But, for whatever reason, nothing is getting written to this users dom logs, so I can't get the stats to update???

Nevermind, I restarted apache on a whim, and that seemed to fix it....

Yup. When you delete a log file that the daemon is actually still has open, it continues to log to the file (deleting only removes the entry from the directory file) via its inode. So a new log file will not be written to until that daemon is restarted - as you discovered :)
