I deleted other cpanel skins using WHM but could not delete these 2.

How do I delete them manually, that is, logging in as root via SSH?

cd /usr/local/cpanel/base/frontend/

This is where all the skins are located. Why do you want to delete all the skins ? I don't get the idea. Besides the skins (atleast default, iconic) will reappear next time upcp runs.

I actually don't like the look and feel of these skins. I'll be using skins by Razorskins, etc.

Then don't use it, no one is forcing you to do so. As i said earlier, even if you delete them, next time when upcp runs they will restored automatically. If you don't wanna use them, just don't use them in any packages you create and you don't have to deal with these themes.
