I am running out of space in one server which is having high traffic sites. I think space problem because of logs. I want to know how can i delete log files..... I have no idea which are to be deleted. Can you please tell which can be removed and commands to remove.

You may want to go to WHM -> Server Configuration -> Tweak Settings and check out the "Stats and Logs" section of the page. Uncheck "Keep log files at the end of the month (default is off as you can run out of disk space quickly)" and set those settings as you deem appropriate to conserve disk space for logs.

However, you may want to verify that a lack of disk space is due to logs before taking more abrupt actions.
