Deleting logs

I want to delete logs that I have on my server, but I don't know how to access them through FTP or the CPanel. How would I go about doing this?

Assuming you mean logs for the server's daemons as a whole?

If you are looking for your apache domlog (specifically, for your site) that is not stored within your directory structure by default on a cpanel box.
