Delivery Reports and cPanel / Exim

    Hi all,

    Have a query from one client asking why they do not receive delviery reports when ticking this option in Microsoft Outlook. I assume and from reading other posts that read receipts are fine as it requires acknowledgement. But has anyone ever got delivery reports to work?

    It's possible the recipient's email program doesn’t support read receipts, or has decided to disable that functionality in their client.
