I'm posting this here because there was a discussion a few months ago about a cpanel theme that deodreamer made.

Let me know if you find any similarities between the two:

That guy copied everything even the hosting plan features are the same their control panel is the same everything is the same

Although I also get the feeling he might be a reseller of Hostrocket since the plans offer the same as HR?

Windows looked like Xerox too, and they actually did something similar - they took you to applications after you clicked on an icon. This discussion got very old quickly months ago when it was discussed and cussed beyond belief. Unless you are just trying to get some more publicity for HostRocket I'd like to suggest that you let this dead horse rot in peace....

Can you back up your blanket accusation with some evidence so that this matter can be put to rest? We don't use deoskin, but as far as I can see there are some clever features in deoskin that yours doesn't have and the icons are totally dissimilar. I can only see some similarities in the layout.

Plus: is your cpanel compatible with Netscape? It looks as if deoskin isn't. If it were an identical copy, it should have.

To me they do look similiar that's for sure but they didn't steal any images and everyting was built from scratch it looks like. They just took the basic layout. I liek Deo's site better.

Have you ever seen 2 or more pixelbrick sites that look similiar ..I have. who knows.

HR design is NOT from heaven, nor unique
It's the dot dot and the top bar with a little curve. This style is all over the internet.

Don't tell us that HR has copyrighted dot dot and top bar. sh!
You'd better apologize for this accusion since your design is not original either. Tell us, you are the first one who created DOT DOT on the web and nobody else can use ... in design. :p

Give me a break.

It's all about your negative intention and unprofessional attitude. The screenshots are your first evidence to ruin deodreamer's reputation in PUBLIC, that's your original intention. Second, your unprofessional attitude, opening an opportunity to deodreamer to sue HR for ruining her/his reputation. (should I call this, &a security hole& ?)
Eventhough, God knows whom to not host his web site with, I would suggest HR to re-train their staff in all aspects.
