Deprecated directories

During my update from 10.8.2-RELEASE_119 to 10.9.0-RELEASE_32 yesterday, I received a lot of these...

Unable to remove deprecated directory /usr/local/cpanel/base/horde/ ...
...
...
Unable to remove deprecated directory /usr/local/cpanel/base/horde

Is it really safe to just delete /usr/local/cpanel/base/horde/ ?

Been pondering this myself. I noticed it trying to remove many files and then remove the directory. But the directories still have data in them. Would like to know also.

Any answer for this? Just had the same thing on my server as well. Upgrading from 10.8.2. s-120 to 10.9 s-35
