Detection Difference between Virus Scanner and SSH

I am a beginner whm & cpanel.

I ran clamscan from ssh (Administrator)
It detected some viruses from emails,

But Cpanel's virus scanner detected no virus.

1. You can browse to "WHM >> Configure ClamAV Scanner" to verify that "Scan Mail" is enabled (globally or for the individual user).
