Did not receive ticket email confirmation

Hello

I have sent a ticket to cpanel but I have not received any email confirmation. This also happened to me yesterday, so today I wrote the ticket number down. Since there is no email for support listed in the website, I am posting this ticket in order to get a reply about this issue. Who should I report to?

Hi,

You could use the "Contact Us" menu above to contact cPanel - I believe the Billing address is their preferred email address for this kind of thing.
