differance between parking a donmain and redirecting a domian

    what is the differance between parking a domain and redirecting a domian

    or are the the same thing

    Parking a domain, allows a domain to act as though it were the primary domain on the account.

    Say you have http://domain.com as the primary domain on the account.

    And you have http://parkeddomain.com parked.

    When http://parkeddomain.com is entered into a browser, it will resolve to http://domain.com, but retain the url of http://parkeddomain.com

    This is useful, say if you have purchased domain.com, domain.net, domain.org, etc.., and want them all to resolve to the same site.

    Atleast, I think thats how it is.....
