I am not aware of a migration tool for DA to the cPanel. Although I have never done that myself, but login to the WHM >> Transfers >> Copy an account from another server with account password. See if that works. If that doesn't work, you'll have to import your accounts, manually.

    Thank you and
If I do it manually which parts of the files must be import and how I can do import?
And there is a tool for converting from CP to DA on: http://www.files.installatron.com/
But I'm not sure it do "da to cp".
    Thanks

If you are comfortable with Linux commands, then you can import yor client's data using rsync or scp. For MySQL DBs, you'll have to dump and then restore them on the cPanel server. Just in case you don't know how to do dump/restore MySQL DBs, there are many threads with HowTo. Please search these forums.

This is a cPanel-to-DirectAdmin conversion tool and not the other way around.

Since this thread is rather old, I was wondering if there was a DirectAdmin to cPanel conversion script yet? I have root access with cPanel/WHM but only a .tar.gz backup file from the DirectAdmin account.

Such a script is not yet built into cPanel/WHM, see: http://bugzilla.cpanel.net/show_bug.cgi?id=764
