This may seem like an odd issue but we've discovered that the Directory Privacy icon only shows up in accounts on our shared servers that are owned by root. It is not available in any accounts created by resellers. Obviously, this would seem to be something in the features list or reseller privileges but, when looking through both those areas, there does not seem to be anything specific to enable Directory Privacy. I'm certain this is just something simple I'm missing but has anyone else seen this or have any insight into where to look to enable this for account owned by other users on the server?
