Is there a way for server administrators (root) to disable the ability of end-users (cPanel accounts) from suspending email accounts?

The ability to suspend email accounts is not currently offered as a feature when configuring "Feature Lists" in Web Host Manager. I suggest opening a feature request for this via:

That's OK. I never have any luck with the feature request system. Judging from the lack of responses to this thread, I'd say either nobody cares or nobody understands why this is an issue.
