    hi,

    I tried to disable awstats for one account by inserting this line in

    skipawstats=1

    in the file /var/cpanel/users/accountname

    But the awstats is still running for this account ? I still receive a mail "server/Overload for this account"

    WHM 8.5.4 cPanel 8.5.4-R7

    Thanks for your help

    That's odd. In another thread someone did the same thing and it worked.

    I don't know why it's not working.
