Hello, I noticed that a few of my users have a perl/cgi/php script running that'll continue running on background, it's almost the same as cgiirc. Is there a way to disable all this? Thanks.

First search all cgi process using below command:

    ps -l | grep cgi

then kill them using below command:

    kill PID (process ID)

It will end the background process.

Thanks for the reply. However, I would like to know if it's possible to disallow users to have background processes running instead of me killing it each time.

In your WHM, top left corner search tool, type in the word background and hit enter. 1 result should show up called: Background Process Killer. I think this is what you seek.
